About the event

For our May event, TIPS in partnership with Templeton Research is hosting a fireside chat with Franz Wild, Editor of the Bureau of Investigative Journalism (TBIJ), to explore the themes behind the Voices for Transparency exhibition held at St Katherine's Cree.

As the UK prepares to host the Illicit Finance Summit, this conversation will unpack how financial secrecy in the UK Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies shapes real human experiences. Through striking portrait photography and first-person testimony, the exhibition reveals stories of corruption, fraud, and human rights abuses that are often hidden behind complex systems of anonymous companies, offshore structures, and concealed ownership.

Guests can explore the exhibition at their own pace after the discussion.
